Back Bedroom Before

On July 1st 2009 I strated demolision of the back bedroom. It had wall paneling placed over the cracked lathe and plaster. The celing was also tiled in the 1950's throughout the whole house. The goal here is to tear down the walls to the studs, add insulation and 5/8 drywall. The carpets will be removed so I could sand and stain the origional wood floors.




There was alot of plaster dust. I never removed lathe and plaster before. It would have been easier if I just pulled the lathe and the plaster together at the same time. Oh well, live and learn.


Jovita came to visit me and brought me dinner. She has helped me tremendously in our home renovation.
