1915 CRAFTSMAN BUNGALOW: Adam and Jovita are a couple who loves the Craftsman Era of yesteryear. They are restoring a rustic California style bungalow built in 1915. The home has passed through many owners over the years. From 2002-2009 the home was a rental with over 15 tennants. Without much reasearch, it has been told that the first owners did not live in the house for more than ten years. The second owners lived in the home from approximately 1925-1988.
